The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Rutgers Constitutional Litigation Clinic have teamed up to represent an American-born student who was denied state tuition assistance because of her mothers citizenship status.

Identified only as A.Z., the graduating high school senior applied for a Tuition Aid Grant.
